I give Holland America the top score, followed by Carnival (Carnival's burgers are so much better than Celebrities that it's not even funny). I thought they would give Holland cruise a run for the top spot, but instead Celebrity has fallen to the bottom in my opinion. I saw many good reviews on Celebrity, so I was expecting much better. The main dining room had prime rib served one time and it was poor quality. Often times their carver was just a roasted chicken. None of the buffet carvers were of any descent cuts of beef. The variety was lacking and the taste was not appealing. For me the cruise is all about the dining options - which I found to be very poor. Just got back from a celebrity millennium 8 nights to Alaska.The only good thing was the cruise was only half full, so guests had more space - which was nice.
